Can I use IdeaForm for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes AI form generation, unlimited forms and submissions, and up to five published forms — no credit card required.
What happens when I reach a plan limit?
You'll see a clear message in the app when you approach or hit a limit (for example, AI generations or published forms). Upgrade anytime to raise limits, or wait until your monthly usage resets.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Paid plans can be billed monthly or yearly. Yearly billing is discounted compared to paying month by month. You can manage billing details from your account settings after subscribing.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from Settings → Billing. Plan switches are limited to once every 24 hours. If you cancel, you keep paid features until the end of your billing period.
Do paid plans include team collaboration?
Pro and Business include workspace members and multiple workspaces. The Free plan is designed for solo use with a single workspace.
Is my form data secure?
Submissions are stored securely and transmitted over HTTPS. Workspace access is permission-based so only people you invite can view or edit your forms.
